Aram Grigoryan is co-founder of the Gritarres Professional Law Firm LLC and is also considered to be an active managing partner in the team.
Professional Experience
He has been appointed as the CEO of Green Construction LLC in 2018. The company realizes construction activity. As the CEO of the company, his duties are (including but not limited to):
Managing and coordinating monthly reporting, budgeting, and forecast processes.
Monitoring cash flow.
Ensuring the business meets all laws, and its statutory and compliance obligations, including statutory accounting and tax issues.
He is also the Executive Director of “Aprico” a Closed, Non-Public Contractual Investment Fund. From the list of several duties, he is responsible for:
Consulting and communicating with international investors.
Advising investors on the tax system and business strategy.
Researching and analyzing Investment Fund legislation, regulations, and policies.
Monitoring the ongoing legal and economic developments and reporting to shareholders.
Providing administrative support, in particular drafting board of directors’ documents (agendas, proposals, minutes, presentations, impact, and annual reports).
He worked at Smart Credit UCO LLC as the Head of the Legal Division for 2 years. He managed the team of lawyers and attorneys as well as:
Oversaw department strategies in accordance with organizational goals.
Provided legal support on governance and compliance matters, ensured ongoing compliance of governance documents of the organization, and reviewed contracts.
Conducted research and analysis on ongoing changes in rules and regulations of the Central Bank of Armenia.
Mr. Grigoryan is a member of the board of directors of the “Accomplish Dreams” NGO.
He worked also at ID Bank CJSC, the State Revenue Committee of Armenia, and the Administrative Court of Armenia.
Educational Background
He graduated European Educational Regional Academy from 2010 to 2016. There he did his bachelor’s degree.
Afterward, Mr. Grigoryan did his Master's degree at the Public Administration Academy of Armenia.
He is a member of the Advocate Chamber of Armenia since 2018.
He can communicate in English, Armenian, and Russian.
