Զոհրակ Ապրեսյան

Zohrak Apresyan is the co-founder and managing partner of "Gritarres" Professional Law Firm.

Professional Experience

Mr. Apresyan was an executive director of Gritarres from its establishment till October 2022. Being an attorney at law and managing partner of the company, he provides:

• Legal consultancy,

• Representation of interests and rights of clients in the judicial system of Armenia as well as in the state authorities.

• Drafting settlement agreements and contracts

• Drafting various types of judicial documents and so forth.

From the beginning of his professional path, he gained experience at "TK & Partners" CJSC.

Afterward, Mr. Apresyan managed to work in the judicial department of "IDBank" CJSC (from 2018 to 2019).

Later, he was a consultant to the CEO of the "National Center for Addictions Treatment" CJSC. The main obligation was the organization of mergers and acquisitions of different companies.

Educational Background

Mr. Apresyan graduated from French University in Armenia and received a bachelor's degree in law.

Then, he obtained a Master's Degree at the Public Administration Academy of the Republic of Armenia (from 2016 to 2018).

Later on, Mr. Apresyan was honorably awarded a Ph.D. in Law by the European Academy in 2021.

Professional Qualifications and Skills:

He obtained an attorney certificate in 2018.

Mr. Apresyan is able to communicate in Armenian, English, Russian, and French.

He published 10 scientific papers.

Now he is also a lecturer at Eurasia International University and the Public Administration Academy of the Republic of Armenia.
